Why Engineers Choose NYTWO's Brown Fused Alumina

01

Superior Toughness

TiO₂ content (2-3%) provides exceptional impact and crushing resistance, far exceeding white fused alumina, resulting in a longer operational life.

02

Consistent Quality

Strict grit size control (FEPA Standard F), ensuring high consistency between batches and stable, reliable processing results.

03

High Cost-Effectiveness

Offers better cost-effectiveness than white fused alumina or silicon carbide in applications requiring high toughness.

04

Global Compliance & Support

ISO 9001 certified. Complete SDS (Safety Data Sheet) and technical support provided.

Products Description

Q: What is the difference between Brown and White Fused Aluminum Oxide?

A: Brown Alumina (BFAO) is tougher and more impact-resistant due to its TiO₂ content, making it ideal for heavy-duty work on high-tensile strength materials. White Alumina (WFAO) is harder and purer (99%+ Al₂O₃), making it better for precision grinding of hard, brittle steels or where iron contamination is a concern.

Q: How do I choose the right grit size?

A: It depends on your application. Coarse grits (F12-F30) are for rapid stock removal. Medium grits (F40-F80) are for general grinding and blasting. Fine grits (F100-F220) are for finishing. Our engineers can help you select the optimal size.

Q: Do you provide samples?

A: Yes, we provide free samples for qualified businesses. Please use the sample request form.

Q: What packaging options are available?

A: Standard packaging is 25kg woven bags with inner plastic film. We also offer 1-ton jumbo bags and custom packaging to meet your needs.
