What is Brown Fused Aluminum Oxide?
"Brown Fused Aluminum Oxide (BFAO), also known as brown fused alumina, is a synthetic abrasive produced by melting high-quality bauxite in an electric arc furnace at temperatures over 2000°C. Its key characteristic is its exceptional toughness, thanks to a titanium dioxide (TiO₂) content of 2-3%, making it ideal for applications where impact resistance is critical."
