Uses of Brown Fused Aluminum Oxide
1. Sandblasting - the abrasive has moderate hardness, high bulk density, no free silica, high specific gravity and good toughness. It is an ideal environmentally friendly sandblasting material, widely used in aluminum profiles, copper profile glass, washed jeans precision molds and other fields.
2. Free grinding - grinding-grade abrasives are used for free grinding in the fields of cathode ray tubes, optical glass, monocrystalline silicon, lenses, watch glass, crystal glass, jade, etc. It is a high-grade grinding material commonly used in China.
3. Resin abrasives - abrasives have suitable color, good hardness, toughness, suitable particle cross-section type and edge retention. They are applied to resin abrasives with ideal results.
4. Paint abrasives - abrasives are the raw materials for sandpaper, gauze and other manufacturers.
5. Functional fillers - mainly used in automobile brake parts, special tires, special building products, etc., and can be used as wear-resistant materials for the construction of highway pavements, airport runways, docks, parking lots, industrial floors, sports venues, etc.
