Jade oil protection agent introduction

Single crystal corundum is porous, so it needs to be sealed after installation. You can hire a professional or start work yourself. The following is some knowledge about monocrystalline corundum countertop sealing.
Before sealing
Note: Not all single crystal corundum countertops need to be sealed. So how much arbitration need need not seal? For a simple test: Drop a few drops of water onto a single crystal corundum table. Record the time it takes for the water to penetrate the surface. If the time used for infiltration is less than 3 or 4 minutes, it means that the single crystal corundum table needs to be sealed. If the infiltration time is longer, there is no need to seal.
You can also drop two drops of water onto a single crystal corundum countertop and wipe it off after about 30 minutes. If single crystal corundum has been thoroughly sealed there will be no water stains. Seal if water stains appear.
Penetrant protective agent
Penetrant protectors are oil-based, so they penetrate deeper and faster to protect monocrine corundum structures and other natural stone materials. These oil-based protectors protect "from the inside out." They are easy to use, so you can build the seal yourself. Penetrant protective agent directly emanates from the surface of single crystal corundum, it is best to use soft 搌布. They penetrate monocrystalline corundum without leaving any film or coating on the surface. What does this mean? This means that the inside of the stone has been protected and the surface has not. Infiltration protective agents are sufficient for monocrystalline corundum, but are insufficient for calcareous fossils such as agate, marble, travertine, limestone, etc. These natural stones can be dark, but acidic objects can even erode the surface.
How accurate is the use of oil-based single crystal corundum protective agent
1. When sealing, cut the table into several parts, each part is about 4-5 square feet, so that the seal is more average.
2. Lightly apply the oil-based protectant to the single crystal corundum surface using 搌布. You can also use a soft brush.
3. Let stand for 3-4 minutes until the protective agent is absorbed.
4. When the protective agent is not much dry, apply it again. Use less protective agent than first, apply evenly with a clean, soft 搌布.
5. Repeat the above steps until the whole surface is complete.
6. Finish these steps from scratch after 2 hours. The time it takes for a protective agent to penetrate depends on its name. Some protectants are very, very fast, but some are slower. It is best to refer to the instruction manual.
