Process analysis of white corundum smelting

There are two methods of smelting white corundum: frit method and dumping method.
White corundum and brown corundum smelting differences: dumping method to produce white corundum, furnace lining construction materials generally use white corundum sand or aluminum oxide powder. There are two types of connectors: unlined and lined. The unlined package should be forced to water cooling, and the lining is generally made of graphite or white corundum refractory products.
In the production of white corundum by frit method, the furnace lining requires good thermal insulation and good gas permeability, and the furnace body is divided into two kinds: lined and unlined. Lined products are generally required to use sintered products, unlined heat loss is large, generally accounting for more than 24% of the product energy consumption, lined heat loss is only about 4%.
