High load softening initial temperature (greater than 1700℃). Good chemical stability, strong resistance to acidic or alkaline slag, metal and liquid glass. The thermal shock stability is related to its structure. The corrosion resistance of dense products is good, but the thermal shock stability is poor. Divided into sintered corundum brick and fused corundum brick two kinds. Sintered alumina and fused corundum brick can be used as raw materials, or alumina clinker with high Al2O3/SiO2 ratio can be combined with sintered alumina by sintering method. Non-burning corundum bricks can also be made with phosphoric acid or other bonding agents. Mainly used in ironmaking blast furnace and blast furnace hot blast furnace, steel furnace refining furnace, sliding water, glass melting furnace and petrochemical industry furnace. Look at the color magnesium chrome brick black red, clay high aluminum brick yellow, magnesium brick red yellow, silicon brick beige, light weight, containing carbon and silicon carbide products black, fused corundum brick and mullite materials are generally white or gray.
