Rotary kiln bauxite
As the name suggests, rotary kiln bauxite is the bauxite produced by rotary kiln. There are three kinds of kilns for bauxite production mainly, rotary kiln, shaft kiln and round kiln. Comparing with other two kinds, rotary kiln bauxite is caldined more evenly, benefits from the contnuous rotary movement of the kiln body. Rotary kiln bauxite is used mainly for Refractory industry, it is the essential raw material for high quality refractory product, such as corundum brick, Zircon slide gate block.
High sulfur bauxite was roasting pretreated with rotary kiln and the effects of roasting temperature and time on sulfur content and digestion performance of high sulfur bauxite were investigated.

Calcined bauxite from Shanxi/China. High-grade boehmite bauxite ore with a content of around 75% AI2O3 is calcined in a rotary kiln at a temperature of 1,680 degrees Celsius. Grades up to 88 % AI2O3 can be produced in the rotary kiln. Grades up to 90 % AI2O3 are offered from Round kiln production. Rotary kiln Bauxite is an important raw material in the production of shaped and unshaped refractory products. In addition, rotary kiln bauxite is also used as a slag conditioner, in wear protection and in road construction.
