Production Process Of White Corundum Grinding Powder
Processing white corundum grinding powder, we must first choose the raw materials. The raw material should be the core protection material of the abrasive wheel factory, the crystal contains >=98.5%, the particle size is 36#, 46#, 100#, and the content of SiO2 in the raw material used should be as little as possible. The equipment used are ball mill, glass cylinder, high temperature electric protection, furnace supply, cleaning trough and ventilator.
Description of the processing technology of white corundum grinding powder:
1. Crush. Put a group of quenched steel balls of different diameters into the roller with the same raw material, add water, put on the rubber pad and seal the lid, and then make the roller rotate, and the abrasive is crushed under the impact of the steel ball. Pulverizing 1 kg of raw materials requires a total weight of about 3 kg of steel balls.
2. Pickling and washing. The purpose is to wash the iron impurities out of the abrasive.
3. Sorting. The separation was carried out in the glass cylinder by water separation method. The weight ratio of water to white corundum grinding powder is roughly 10-16:1.
4. Dry. Dry in the oven at 100-200 degrees Celsius, and grind the clumps fine with a glass pestle or horn spoon after drying.
5. Satinaki. Put the white corundum grinding powder into the electric furnace or Muffle furnace, from normal temperature to 850 degrees, for w0.5-W1 white corundum grinding powder sometimes up to 1200 degrees, and then heat for 5 hours.
6. Soak. The abrasives used in sanding grinding and finishing polishing should be soaked. Soaking requirements are: 0.4 grams of stearic acid plus 20 grams of grinding powder plus 200 ml of air gasoline, into the ground glass bottle soaked for more than seven days.
