Product Essence

 

This is not ordinary alumina powder, but single crystal corundum that is melted and recrystallized from bauxite at ≥2000℃. Its characteristics are derived from:

Slow cooling to form 10-400μm complete α-Al₂O₃ crystals

- Brown corundum: Al₂O₃ 94-97% | TiO₂ 1.5-3.5% (toughening) 丨SiO₂ 1-2%

- White corundum: Al₂O₃ 99.2%↑ | Na₂O ≤0.3% (sodium control to prevent explosion)

 

Physical properties:

 

- Mohs hardness: 9.2 (second only to diamond)

-Bulk density: 1.7-1.9 g/cm³ (affects the rheology of castables)

- Magnetics: <0.02% (key indicator for precision polishing)

Q: Can urgent orders be put into production?

A: "The arc furnace needs to run continuously for 30 days after ignition. Please place the order at least 45 days in advance. However, there are 500 tons of regular F24-F120 particle sizes in stock."

Q: Why did the price of micro powder (below W63) jump?

A: "Each ton of micro powder needs to be processed by an additional 240 hours of air flow grinding, and the power consumption increases by 3 times
