Take stock of the construction mistakes that are often made when laying firebricks

The following common problems should be avoided when laying refractory bricks:

(1) Dislocation: that is, uneven between layers and layers, blocks and blocks;

(2) Tilt: that is, uneven in the horizontal direction;

(3) uneven ash joint: that is, the width of the ash joint is different, which can be adjusted by appropriate selection of bricks;

The wrong construction operations that often occur when masonry refractory bricks are inventoried

(4) Climbing: that is, there is a regular uneven phenomenon on the surface of the circular wall, which should be controlled only within 1mm;

(5) from the center: that is, in the curved masonry, the high-aluminum firebrick ring and the shell are different;

(6) Reseam: that is, the upper and lower ash joints are superimposed, and only one ash joint is allowed between the two layers;

(7) Through the joint: that is, the internal and external horizontal layer ash joints meet, and even expose the metal shell, is not allowed;

(8) Opening: that is, in the curved masonry, the ash joint is small inside and large outside;

(9) emptying: that is, the mortar is not full between the layers, between the bricks and between the shells, which is not allowed in the lining of the stationary equipment;

(10) Gross seam: that is, the brick seam is not wiped, the wall is not clean;

(11) Snake bending: that is, the longitudinal seam, circular seam or horizontal seam is not straight, but is wavy bending;

(12) Masonry bulge: It is caused by the deformation of the equipment, and the relevant surface of the equipment should be repaired during masonry. Masonry double lining can be used to level the heat insulation layer;

(13) Mixing slurry: The wrong use of mud is not allowed.

The above is the refractory masonry construction process often encountered problems, before the construction of the project, it is necessary to do a good job of construction personnel training work and supervision during the construction process, sometimes because of these small problems may affect the normal operation of the kiln and the service cycle.
