What are the smelting methods of brown corundum?

The purpose of smelting brown corundum is to better generate corundum, so that it can achieve better heat and wear resistance characteristics. As an important industrial raw material, brown corundum has been invented for a hundred years and has been widely used in abrasive, fine casting, sandblasting, refractory building materials and many other aspects.

There are generally three ways to smelt brown corundum:

1, exile method: continuous production, high degree of automation, but large investment, complex structure, suitable for high-power smelting.

2, dumping method: continuous production, high degree of mechanization, small investment, good production efficiency, the current use of a common method (dumping furnace smelting method).

3, fixed method (frit method) : intermittent production, low degree of mechanization, but small investment, simple equipment, convenient process, is the main method of corundum smelting in small abrasive plant (fixed furnace smelting method).
