After the adoption of the new process, brown corundum is made in the arc furnace by 2000℃ high temperature smelting, so there will be a lot of smoke in the smelting process. Some of these dusts are mechanical dust belonging to raw materials and ingredients, and some are chemical dust generated during the high temperature smelting process of electric arc furnace, and different types of dust are also different.
Before developing the recycling plan of brown corundum dust, its composition and characteristics should be studied and analyzed first, and then implemented. The individual components of the dust are then separated and, through a complex processing process, the relevant products, including building materials, ultra-fine alumina, gallium metal and potassium fertilizer, are once again applied in industrial production.
