Precautions Before Construction Of Refractory Castable

Before the construction of refractory castable, the following contents should be strictly checked:
1. Check the layman and cleaning condition of the equipment to be poured, clean the construction site to ensure cleanliness, and no debris is allowed.
2, check the good condition of construction machinery, vibration tools must have good spare parts.
3, check the type, material, size, layout and welding quality of the anchor, the metal anchor must do a good job of expansion compensation treatment.
4, check the surrounding refractory brick lining and insulation layer to prevent castable water loss measures.
5, check the construction water, its water quality must reach the quality of drinking water.
Refractory castables, thermal insulation products, all kinds of anchoring bricks, hanging bricks, metal pendants, filling materials for expansion joints and horizontal sliding joints, lubrication materials for anti-stick formwork, etc., should be classified and put away for easy use.
6. The template for pouring shall have a smooth surface and sufficient stiffness and strength. The mold should be strong and the size should be accurate. Displacement and deformation during construction should be prevented. The joint of the formwork should be tight without leakage. The formwork surface is plastered or coated with lubricating material.
7. The steel bar or metal tracing firmware and hanging parts buried in the casting body should be located on the non-heating surface. The use of steel bar temperature should not exceed 350℃ Metal trace firmware to the design position to weld, and hammer to check whether there are guns, unqualified must be re-welded, buried in the body of the part, should be coated with 0.5 ~ 1mm barrier drain.
8. Describing solid bricks and hanging bricks must be checked one by one in advance, and those with excessive cracks or serious damage outside the groove cannot be used.
9 Construction tools are ready for installation and should be cleaned. The refractory castable should be forced to stir. The mixer should be placed close to the construction site where there is water and electricity. A small amount of castable can also be stirred by hand. Vibrator should be inserted vibrator (vibrator) or flat vibrator. In special cases, manual tamping can be used to spare more than two vibrating machines.
