Firebrick stacking skills

Firebrick stacking skills:
1. According to different parts of the furnace fire bricks are stacked;
2. According to the composition of firebrick, firebrick specification and size, respectively stacked;
3. Stacking according to the construction order, the refractory bricks in the first construction part should be stacked as close as possible to the transportation line;
4. firebricks should be stacked neatly, the same firebrick brick number of the brick stack, only allowed to have an incomplete brick stack;
5. All firebrick stacks shall be marked with fine labels with firebrick type, brick number, main size and use position;
6. The width of the passage between the stacks of refractory bricks: not less than 600mm; The transport road is 2000 ~ 3000mm; The distance between the firebrick stack and the wall is not less than 500mm.
The stacking requirements of firebricks are sufficient, solid, and easy to find, access, and transport. There are certain requirements for the palletizing of refractory bricks in warehouse or construction site.
Standard firebrick, thick wedge firebrick, rectangular firebrick and other single weight is less than 12Kg(according to the density of firebrick calculation), with the side arrangement method of 12 pieces per layer, 16 pieces or 20 pieces, the height of the stack shall not exceed 1.9m.
Stacking inch of rectangular refractory brick or special-shaped refractory brick with a single weight of more than 12Kg. The pattern of the pile and the number of each layer must be consistent, and the height must not exceed 1.8m.
For example, 5 side bricks are used as a group of standard refractory bricks, and 4 groups of side bricks are used as a stack. That's 20 bricks per layer. The height of refractory bricks is calculated by 15 side groups. The number of firebrick bricks per brick stack is 300.
The brick stacks of refractory bricks can be laid flat or on the side. Separate bricks can be stacked according to different firebrick specifications and sizes.
In addition to some special-shaped refractory bricks must be laid flat, generally use the method of side placement. The side stacking brick is less damaged and easy to use. Regardless of the stacking method, the direction of the upper refractory brick and the direction of the lower refractory brick must be opposite in order to make the brick pile stable.
