The mixing of impurities will affect the electrical properties of porcelain

The 2001 electronic industry standard SJ/T11260-2001 of the People's Republic of China gives the tolerance range of the diameter, flatness and roundness of the ceramic casing of the vacuum switch pipe. Our factory has also formulated corresponding inspection standards according to this standard. Generally, only 5% of the qualified suppliers in our factory are unqualified in size and shape, while the unqualified rate of some manufacturers is as high as 30% to 40%, and the size distribution is irregular and the consistency is poor. The overdifference in size and shape will cause positioning difficulties for assembly, especially for manufacturers using a one-time sealing process, and bury hidden dangers for the guarantee of the coaxiality and air tightness of the whole tube, thereby reducing the reliability of the product. In order to ensure the accuracy of the size and shape of the porcelain shell, it is necessary to strengthen the control and management of each process of the production of porcelain parts, including raw material treatment, slurry preparation, molding, wax discharge and firing process.
Because the sealing surface is the key part of the sealing of ceramic parts and metal parts, it will directly affect the internal quality of metallization and sealing, so the quality requirements of the sealing surface are very strict. Our factory requires that the sealing face is not allowed to have cracks, pores, scratches, pits, interlayers, etc. The impurities in porcelain are mainly from the raw materials and the process. Some impurities in the oxidizing atmosphere is color, such as Cr2O3, Fe2O3, TiO2, etc., so in the light can see red, yellow or black spots, some impurities are colorless.
The mixing of these impurities will affect the electrical properties of porcelain parts, increase the dielectric loss and reduce the voltage level. Therefore, porcelain manufacturers should strictly control the quality of raw materials and the process. The above are some problems that are more likely to occur in the production inspection, these are some problems that the porcelain manufacturers can completely control or improve, and how to control these problems needs to be taken seriously by the manufacturers.
