5, the end of each shift sandblasting work. Manually clean the cabin body recovery room at both ends of the front and back, and clean up the spilled abrasive.6. Regularly check whether the connected interfaces of the system are good to ensure the sealing performance of the compressed air pipeline and sand return pipeline of the hydraulic pipeline system; If there is gas leakage, it is necessary to maintain it in time (the work is carried out once a month).

7, regularly check the performance of the sand blasting machine spray gun, sand pipe and other wearing parts, if it damages the dust in the dust collector hopper of the dust removal box regularly (the work should be replaced in time once a week (the work should be once a week).

8, regularly check the dust collector filter core performance, if the filter core aging, should be replaced in time (the work is carried out once every six months).

9, the electrical control cabinet should be isolated from the working area, often open the cabinet door with compressed air to blow the internal dust (the work is carried out once a month).

10. Regularly check the lubrication of the chain, sprocket, motor and other systems, and add lubricating oil in time (the work is carried out once a month).

11. When the sand blasting machine is working, it is forbidden to get close to irrelevant personnel. When cleaning and adjusting the operating part, it should be stopped.

12. Do not use compressed air to blow dust on your body. In the event of personal and equipment accidents, you should keep the scene and report to the relevant departments.
