Ceramic sand has very good impact strength and toughness. Ceramic sand as a very high hardness, long life, elasticity is also very good, suitable for complex structure of the workpiece and the metal surface is smooth and not damaged in the workpiece surface, has to eliminate stress and improve the fatigue life of the workpiece and the metal surface. Compared with glass sand, the finish is higher, the life is increased by 20-30 times, the refuelling times are reduced, and the work efficiency is improved. The particle number of ceramic sand is between 20# and 205#, and the main components are: ZRO2:65%SIO2:30%, and the color is white.
