Hazardous Substances in The Production Of Silicon Carbide

Silicon carbide in the production process will produce harmful substances, but what will be harmful substances? I briefly analyzed it, for reference only!
The harmful substances in the production process of silicon carbide mainly include the following categories:
1, air pollutants: dust, soot, carbon monoxide (small amount), carbon dioxide (large amount), according to the impurities contained in the raw materials used may also contain sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides and so on.
2, water pollution: mainly contains high salt, if there are nearby farmland and lakes, and the factory is mainly discharged outside the form of sewage treatment, the pollution can be imagined.
3, light pollution: the production process requires ignition operations, that is, open burning smelting furnace, there is fire, if the nearby residential areas will affect the daily rest of residents. But to air pollution, as far as the harm, depending on the location of the factory wind direction, such smelting projects are now not allowed to project, is a national restriction project.
